At January the 10th, 2006, there was, on request of Bert Niemeyer, journalist for the Haagse Post, in presence of Waldo Bien and Jacobus Kloppenburg, a visit to the containers. The following photo documentation gives an impression of the mishandling and disastrous storage conditions of the artworks, mixed with loads of debris from the contractors.
A series of 28 pastel drawings from the period 1979/80 was discovered among the debris, extracted and brought into safety. The depicted pastel drawings, now deposited into The Writers Pension Fund that we established for Patrick Healy, would be barbarously destroyed, if one had followed the I.C.N. advice from February 14, 2002 (see documents) to the City of Amsterdam, and many, many more works of art.
