Jacobus Kloppenburg
Artist. Born in Amsterdam 1930. He has been active as an artist since 1943, and his studies include design, typography, practising in many domains, including architecture. An extensive publication covers all his development as an artist over 63 years, with a full report on the current situation of the Artchive for the Future, his life work, and ‘mega- sculpture’ which was removed from his atelier on the orders of the City of Amsterdam, which is the subject of ongoing actions by the FIU Amsterdam.
